SPARE TYRE

The spare tyre is located under the rear of the tray. It is easily accessible whilst still being hidden away.

DROP DOWN SIDES


The drop down sides are 270mm high and secured with a sprung latch. This makes them easy to hinge down for loading or removal. The smaller middle and back posts to hold the sides come standard, regardless of whether the trailer is ordered with hurdles or not

HURDLES

The hurdles finish 1050mm high from the tray and are high enough to cart sheep and S7 chemicals. Four pins secure each hurdle making them easy to hinge open or remove.

A-FRAME BRACING

Two pieces of 10mm flat are welded horizontally at the top and bottom of the bend of all chassis designs. For bigger trailers a piece of 150mm x10mm flat is welded to the outside of the chassis.

12inHubs

LARGE HUBS AND BRAKES

Heavy-duty hubs and 12-inch drum brakes are used for all of our electric braked trailers. The large bearings that are used have proven themselves over time to be long lasting even with very heavy loads.

SOLID 50X50 AXLES

Strong rigid chassis proven to handle heavy loads under pressure.

LED LIGHTS WITH SCREW PLUGS

If a tail light gets damaged it is easily replaced by un-screwing the old one and screwing the new one in.

Wiring

CONCEALED WIRING

All wiring either conduited and p-clamped or inside steel pipe.

SPRING HANGERS

100mm x 10mm is welded to the chassis to attach the spring hangers to. This allows the spring hangers to be fully welded on all 4 sides and alleviates the possibility the spring hangers tearing away from the 4mm RHS.

TIE DOWN RAIL

The tie down rail is made from 32mm outside diameter pipe and 40mm x 10mm flat steel

ROCKER ROLLER SUSPENSION

Rocker roller suspension with 50x50 solid axles.

STRONG JOCKEY WHEEL & SWIVEL

The jockey wheels we use are Australian Made. They have proven to be strong and well geared to handle heavy loads. We make our own swivels using a plate that is the full depth of the chassis beam. The jockey wheel and the swivel can both be greased.

Galvanised

GALVANISING

The chassis beams are hot-dip galvanised prior to welding. Galvanised steel is used for all other components other than the 10mm flat bracing and the coupling plate.
