FAQs

  • We use a multi-layer protection system:

    1. Hot-dip galvanising (on key structural components before welding)
    2. Undercoating
    3. Automotive two-pack paint finish

This provides far superior protection compared to basic painted or cold-galvanised trailers.

  • Key components (like main beams) are:

    • Hot-dip galvanised before welding

    Other parts are:

    • Galvanised prior to assembly where possible

This ensures strong internal protection, not just surface coating.

    • Full-length 150 × 50 × 4 mm RHS running from drawbar to rear
    • Higher-grade steel (e.g. Q355 or equivalent)
    • Reinforced with fish plates in high-stress areas

This creates a strong, continuous structural frame.

  • We use automotive-grade two-pack paint, which:

    • Is more durable than standard single-pack paint
    • Provides a harder, longer-lasting finish
    • Offers better resistance to wear and weather
  • Standard:

    • 235/75 R15
    • 6-stud LandCruiser pattern

    Optional upgrade:

    • 265/70 R16 (for increased flotation)

Custom stud patterns available on request.

    • Standard tyres → 800 mm tray height
    • Larger tyres → 880 mm tray height

    Adjustments include:

    • Raising tray height (~50 mm)
    • Adjusting A-frame to maintain correct towing level
  • We recommend standard tyres for most users because:

    • Lower centre of gravity
    • Better stability
    • Improved towing performance

    Larger tyres are better for:

    • Rough terrain
    • Matching existing equipment
    • Increased flotation
  • Yes you can:

    • Adjust stud patterns
    • Offer alternative tyre sizes
    • Match existing fleet setups where needed
    • Stronger structural design
    • Higher-grade materials
    • Superior corrosion protection
    • Automotive-grade finish
    • Built for real farm conditions
